The wait is finally over! World Springs has opened its doors in the DFW metroplex! Located in the Grandscape area, World Springs offers a unique way to experience international self-care treatments without leaving Texas. After several delays due to storms, they have opened their doors and are ready for booking starting June 28, 2024. I was invited to get a sneak peek of this incredible outdoor resort. and I was lucky for you I got all the tea on activities and amenities they offer, and I'm excited to share the details with you.
World Springs Grand Opening in The Colony
World Springs is an entirely outdoor resort with over 40 pools designed to replicate spas in 4 different regions to enhance your self-care routine. Upon entering, you'll find the kids' area to the left and the 18+ area to the right, offering privacy and a more relaxed atmosphere for adults. The resort features cabanas, tables, and individual nooks throughout, allowing you to unwind with a drink and some food.
As a Texas girl, I had some concerns about the outdoor setup, particularly regarding the hot weather. Here are a few tips to keep safe: enhance your experience:
Footwear: Wear shoes when walking around to avoid burning your feet.
Jewelry: Remove all jewelry to prevent it from rusting due to the minerals in the water.
Pool Rotation: Make sure to dip into different pools, including the cold ones, to avoid overheating.
Hydrate: Utilize the water stations located throughout the premises.
Safety First: Lifeguards are constantly patrolling the area, but look out for signs of fatigue like dizziness, nausea, light headedness, dry mouth, and headache.
Now for some information that will guarantee an enhanced experience:
No need to worry about carrying cash or your cell phone because they provide a wristband that functions as your wallet.
Towels are included in the admission, and robes can be purchased for $15.
World Springs has both peak and regular hours with different pricing structures. The normal rate starts at $55 for three hours.
Your admission includes access to all pools and amenities for those three hours. For an additional cost, you can schedule activities like facials or cryotherapy sessions.
You added experiences will not cut into your allotted 3 hour stay.
PRO TIP: Schedule your spa treatments closer towards the end of your 3 hour stay to maximize relaxation and enjoyment for your money.
